Fenty Beauty Resting Peach Face Cream Blush & Mini Gloss Bomb Cream Duo

It’s that time of year when all the makeup brands are releasing their holiday collections. The Sephora VIB sale was the perfect time to shop for everything holiday. Fenty’s Holiday collection included a limited edition Resting Peach Face Cream Blush & Mini Gloss Bomb Cream Duo. The set includes a full-size Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush and a Mini Gloss Bomb Cream. Both come in a brand new, set-exclusive universal peach shade. The set retails for $33 CAD ($41.00 value) and $25 USD at Sephora.
Peach Face, the cream blush, is a warm-toned peach-coral shade. The formula was consistent with the other Cheeks Out Cream Blushes that I’ve tried (reviewed here). It has an emollient gel-cream texture and is easy to apply. It melts right into the skin making it easy to build up and layer with a powder blush. I use a stippling brush or my fingers for a more concentrated application. It adds a subtle wash of colour to the cheeks with a semi-sheer to medium pigmentation. It’s a beautiful blush shade for all year round.

Peach Pout and Peach Face
Peach Pout is a peach tone cream gloss. The formula is thicker than a regular gloss and non-sticky. It has a light peach scent and contains Vitamin A to nourish the lips. The pigmentation is sheer when worn alone (due to the pigmentation in my lips) and looks a little light compared to the other Gloss Bomb Cream shades I’ve tried (reviewed here). It left a slight peach wash of colour on the lips with a glossy sheen. I did notice that it settled into my lip lines. When paired with a nude base, it settles less into my lip lines and the pigment appears more vibrant like a true peach shade.
