NYX Cosmetics #THISISEVERYTHING Lip Oils - Review & Swatches

Hi Beauties!

I’m a huge fan of lip oils especially in these dry, cold winter months. So needless to say I was super excited to see that NYX has extended their #THISISEVERYTHING lip oil collection. It now comes in four more shades - pink, berry, lavender, and blue. The formula is glossy and leaves a shiny wash of colour. It contains a unique blend of oils like almond, avocado, rosehip, and jojoba oil. The lip oils retail for $9 CAD and $6 USD and are available at Ulta, NYX Stores, nyxcosmetics.ca and most drug stores.

The #THISISEVERYTHING lip oils have a lightweight thin consistency. It’s not as thick as most oils I tried. However, it’s nourishing and moisturizes my lips perfectly. It is thin enough that it can be worn under liquid lipsticks. I like to wear them alone in the house, if I’m running errands or going to the gym. The texture is silky and isn’t sticky at all. They have a light vanilla-cherry blossom scent. They don’t last through eating or drinking and they wear off pretty quickly but they do keep my lips moisturized for a couple hours. I’m not a fan of the blue lip shades but the tint in these are so light you can’t tell and the colour fades away after wearing it for a bit. Overall, I really enjoy this lip oil; I carry it around with me everywhere. You really can’t go wrong with the price point.
