Artist Couture Silk Cream Lipstick - Saucy Gal

As you know I’m a glow getter and I love Artist Couture’s loose highlighters. Angel has released the Supreme Nudes Collection that includes an eyeshadow palette and six nude lipstick shades. By the time the Sephora VIB sale came around, the eyeshadow palette and a few shades I wanted were sold out. Luckily I was able to get my hands on one shade, Saucy Gal. The Silk Cream Lipsticks retail for $24 CAD and $18 USD on Sephora and Artistcouture.com and have since been restocked.

The tube is housed in a luxe black and gold casing. The formula is lightweight, smooth and creamy as described. It has a satin finish with a rich colour payoff in one application. It’s very comfortable to wear. I don’t need a gloss over it either like I usually do to add moisture to most lipsticks. It does however look amazing with a nude or coral gloss. The shade Saucey Gal is described as a neutral beige. It pulls more peach on my lips with warm undertones. Buying nude lipsticks online can be a challenge but I’m so happy this shade does not look pale on me. It’s the perfect peachy nude and when paired with a brown liner, it makes a great combo. I don’t think it will work on deeper skin tones. It has been my quarantine go-to nude lipstick.
