Benefit's New Boi-ing Airbrush and Industrial Concealers - Review, Photos and Swatches

Hi Beauties!

One of my must have beauty products is concealer!  I can't leave the house without it.  Benefit Cosmetics has created a new Boi-ing line of concealers based on their three previous classics, Erase Paste, Fake-up and the original Boi-ing.  There is also a new addition to the line, the Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer.  The concealers have been repackaged in new super cute packaging.    Each concealer has a different purpose for targeting specific needs to cover all your skin dilemmas.  There are three shades that are the same across each concealer ranging from light to medium.  I've been testing out the Boi-ing Industrial Concealer as well as the Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer which I will be reviewing below.

Boi-ing Industrial Strength Concealer - $27 CAD

Formerly known as just Boi-ing, the Industrial Strength has the same shades and great formula as the original.  It is a full coverage concealer that is meant to conceal everything from dark circles, blemishes and discolouration.  The formula is very creamy and blends into the skin very seamlessly.  It has a matte finish but does not dry out the undereye area.  I haven't experienced any creasing but I always set my concealer with powder.  I received the shade #2 which is for light-medium skin tones and it is too light for me but it works as a brightening concealer.  It really works to brighten my face, but for days I need more coverage I would need to colour correct underneath to cover my dark circles.   Perhaps the shade #3 would be better suited for my complexion.  When I saw it in stores it looked dark but they are lighter than they appear in the pan.  I prefer to dab the concealer on with my fingers and blend in with a beauty blender.  You can also use a small brush to spot conceal stubborn imperfections.

Boi-ing Airbrush Concealer -$27 CAD

The newest addition to Benefit's line is the Airbrush Concealer.  This is a sheer to medium coverage concealer that is meant to give a retouch finish and conceal unevenness, fine lines and dark circles.  It is very creamy, lightweight and blends smoothly into the skin.  The formula is also waterproof and does not crease.  This concealer does not mask my dark circles completely.  I think this would be good for spot treatments or "no makeup" days.  It would be ideal for minimizing the look of fine lines around the eyes which I don't have an issue with.  I also received shade #2 in this and it's too light for me.

Overall, I am pleased with the Boi-ing Industrial Strength Concealer as it really brightens my face up.  However, I will like to try it in a shade darker.  I don't see myself using the Airbrush Concealer as much because I have really dark circles.  Perhaps if I was going for a very light makeup day I would wear it.  I do love the texture of these concealers, they are super soft and creamy.  I can't forget to mention the new packaging.  The eraser boxes are so adorable and fitting.  You can shop the entire new Boi-ing line of concealers at Sephora, Benefit.com and Ulta and other retailers that carry the brand.

Have you tried these concealers yet?  Let me know your thoughts below.
